lead axios
Lead with character. Shape the future.
A leadership development experience for those who want to grow in influence and help shape the future of Axios Church. Leadership at Axios begins with who we are before it focuses on what we do, so this class emphasizes character, humility, purpose, and a life worthy of Christ.
Through biblical teaching, practical tools, meaningful discussion, and shared experiences, participants will learn to lead themselves well, lead others effectively, steward responsibility, and serve with excellence. Along the way, they will explore the values, vision, and culture of Axios Church and discover how to help build and strengthen a healthy church culture wherever they serve. Whether leading a ministry, a team, or a home, Lead AXIOS equips people to lead from the inside out and champion the mission God is building through our church.
Plan to attend ALL three sessions. Dinner and childcare will be provided.
PillarONE: Biblical Leadership through the context of Nehemiah
PillarTWO: Theology of Leadership through the lens of Axios Church.
PillarTHREE: Practical Action of a Leader at Axios Church

KNOW GOD
We consider reaching people one of our greatest responsibilities. Our weekend services serve people at all stages in their spiritual journey. We consistently strive to provide a welcoming environment to the unchurched without compromising our focus on worship, prayer, and the word.
GROW TOGETHER
Real life change happens in the context of relationships – small groups. In the Bible, they worshipped in the temple but ministry happened house to house.
